CORTIZO distinguishes itself by internally completing the complete aluminium production cycle, ensuring rigour in each procedure and the quality of the means and materials used throughout the whole process. Casting, extrusion, lacquering, anodising, chemical brightness and machining are carried out in its production centres to optimise the quality of its whole range of final products. CORTIZO bets on the own manufacture of all the necessary components for the elaboration of enclosures (ironworks, polyamides, and watertightness joints) as well as composite panels. The CORTIZO Integral Service is completed with a pioneering logistic system based on two intelligent warehouses of profiles, both raw and finished, with a capacity for 6,000 MT. of the most common references, shortening delivery times to clients and maximising the level of production. A fleet of more than 70 CORTIZO lorries is in charge of delivering the final product to the client with total solvency and immediacy. GLOBAL PRODUCTIVE CAPACITY OF 81,500 tonnes/year.
